Buyer’s Inspections
This is an Ideal service for those looking to purchase a home. Having the home thoroughly inspected before buying is highly recommended. Many first-time home buyers will rush to close on a home without having a professional inspect the property for faults, defects, and needed repairs. With this service, the CPI will examine all the accessible areas of the property and provide you with a detailed report of the home’s strengths and weaknesses. This allows you to make a well-informed decision when buying.

Pre-listing / Sellers Inspection
By having a professional inspector conduct a comprehensive examination of your property before you list it for sale you can accomplish several things. We will make you fully aware of the home’s current condition and its true market value. Anything of the listed repairs in the report can be addressed before selling or disclosed when listing. This honest approach will help to give buyers confidence and ease negotiations when closing.

New Construction
Even a newly constructed building can have many problems. Rushed construction, improperly installed appliances, and the use of sub-par material are all too common in newly constructed homes. By having a professional perform an exhaustive inspection and provide a thorough report, you can make sure that everything has been properly constructed and installed before you end up paying for it in the future.

New Construction Phase Inspection
The Inspector will perform several inspections during critical phases of the home’s construction. This allows the inspector to see many of the structures and components before further construction covers them. The inspector can ensure each phase has been done properly before the contractor moves to the next building phase.

Home Maintenance Inspection
Having your inspector perform a routine home maintenance inspection can be a great way to maintain and grow the value of your home by addressing any reported issues and working towards improving your home. The reports will let you know the exact areas that may need repair and how to improve your home’s value.

Commercial Buildings / Property Inspection
Before embarking on your commercial endeavor, make sure the space you will operate out of is safe and worth your investment. Our inspections and detailed reports will reveal defects or needed repairs and the properties strengths and assets.

Re-Inspections
After we have performed the initial inspection, the Inspector will return to make certain that everything disclosed in the report was properly repaired or addressed. Make sure your money is well spent and all the issues are fully taken care of.

Radon Testing
Radon is a harmful and naturally occurring gas that can be very dangerous to your health in high concentrations. By having a licensed professional perform a radon test, you can rest easy knowing your property is safe and radon free.
